Split the server on purpose
A server holds up to 10 players. The fights that fail in published coverage are the ones where all of those players watch the same titan. Assign three jobs before the wave, and change them out loud:
- Crowd gun. Chain gun or rockets on the densest pack. This is also the Credit job if payouts follow kill count.
- Line. The player who calls TUNNELLERS, FOB OVERRUN, and whether the Gun Nest is still on the approach that matters.
- Titan part. One or two players on the published weak point only. Leviathan points, Reanimator lantern, Juggernaut back, Plague Mound jaws, Howler if it is lasing aircraft.
Anyone not named is on the crowd gun. That default keeps the road from emptying when a new player joins late.
Little Bird crews
A pass description for the MH-6 Little Bird names a minigun, rocket pods, a cluster launcher, two door-gunner seats, and AI gunners, with Armoury upgrades earned afterward. If you are in that aircraft with friends, pick the pilot before takeoff and give each door gunner one target type, such as road packs or the titan part. AI gunners are the fallback when the seats are empty. They are not a substitute for a human on the horde call.
Confirm in the Store whether Little Bird is a pass on your account. Footage of the flight line also shows the Apache as a normal sortie choice, so you do not need the Little Bird to start.
Calls that are enough
Use the banner words the game already prints. "Tunnellers, I have them" is a complete handoff. "New target" is not. When you leave a job, name the person who takes it and wait until they answer.
The October infantry mode is a separate beta. The developer says it is weak. Do not pull the only horde player out of an aircraft to test it during a section you still need to clear.
